How does it work?

Party bookings

From the first call to party photos

  1. 1A parent contacts the venue to arrange a party. The venue creates the booking in its Stonetear system.
  2. 2The parent receives a message with a link to the booking site. They sign in using the phone number they gave the venue and confirm they have it with a texted verification code.
  3. 3On the booking site, the parent adds the number of people attending and can register their child using the same system.
  4. 4They can opt in to WhatsApp messages for party updates.
  5. 5After the party, guests can upload photos and videos to share with the other party guests.
Session bookings

Book by phone, stay in the loop

  1. 1A customer phones the venue to book a session.
  2. 2The venue records the booking in its Stonetear system.
  3. 3The customer receives a text message (or optionally whatsapp message)confirming the booking.
  4. 4They receive another text reminder 24 hours before the session.
